  • All orders are shipped 1-4 business days after they’re placed. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and generally take up to 1-3 days for your order to arrive.

  • We currently only ship within the U.S.

  • I do my best to avoid such mishaps, but of course, things happen! If you receive a damaged piece of jewelry, please send a clear photo within 7 days to hello@leiraoakdesigns.com or via the “Get in Touch form” along with your order number and I’ll process a refund.

    Unfortunately because all of our jewelry is one of a kind I will not be able to send you another one.

  • I want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, I’m very sorry to hear that. Please submit a message via the form on the “Contact Us” page, and I can help you process an exchange or return. I’d love to send you a different pair of earrings from our website, or if preferred, process a refund and return free of charge.

  • Always store jewelry in a cool and dry box to prevent scratches or breakage. Avoid contact with makeup, hair products and perfume as it may stain the jewelry. Avoid contact with alcohol as it may dissolve the polymer clay. To clean your jewelry, lightly wipe it with a lint-free jewelry cloth.
